While acne scarring can be embarrassing and disfiguring, there is no reason for despair. Almost all cases can be treated successfully. It is important to take steps to prevent the problem. This can be achieved by paying special attention to skin care, to ensure proper cleansing and to avoid the factors that can contribute towards the problem.
